Great service

Excellent service from the Insurance Emporium. I had to make a claim for an operation for my dog and despite only have the policy for 3 weeks, the claim was processed and settled swiftly. The customer rep I spoke to was friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend and will only be using the Insurance Emporium for our pet insurance going forward. Reviewed on: 11th July 2019

Claim paid no hassle

My cat got some grass stuck in his throat and had to have a camera put down and said grass then removed. Claimed off my insurance which was paid promptly with no hassle. Thank you very much. Reviewed on: 11th July 2019

Stress free claim

No quibbles, stress taken out totally which is essential when cat is unwell. Quick response to claim, good communication and quick payment directly to vets. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

Will not use again or recommend to anyone

I thought I had the all singing and dancing policy for my pet, but when I needed to claim, the deductions they take from you is unreasonable. Yes it’s in the small print when you read it but who does!!! Most people will look at value of cover and excess on the policy. I have been left out of pocket by £2000!!!!!!
