the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Vey quick efficient service

We had an email the day after claim submitted confirming receipt. I had a telephone call a couple of days later confirming acceptance of claim and asking whether I wanted check or bacs payment. I emailed my bank details and they processed the bacs payment and emailed the claim payment details. I checked the amount taking into account excesses and got paid exactly the right amount. Treatment Claim

More than happy with the service received after our dog had to have some surgery/treatment. We were kept updated with the claim and telephone staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. No issues at all during this claim. Reviewed on: 9th July 2019

My claim for cancer

Insurance Emporium have been great with my ongoing claims for my saluki who has cancer. Quick payment of claims and an easy to understand policy, meant I had no quibbles in choosing this company every year for renewals.
