Insured my dachshund for last 6 years with them.

Fab cover for my kitty!

I chose to have ongoing cover for my cat as my previous one had hyperthyroidism and I got hit really badly with ongoing medical expenses, since then my current cat has had a few accidents (mainly animal bites) and the team has always been helpful, sympathetic and supportive. The price of the policy isn't too extreme and I feel like I am getting good value for money. When I needed to use an emergency vet there were no issues with me using a different practice to the one that was named on my account. Ive been very happy with their service. Support and Care when I needed it

So supportive at the two most difficult times with my two dogs. I couldn't have asked for more from an insurance company by way of their support. Their staff/customer service if I could, I would rate 1000%. A pet is like family, and they truly understand the heartbreak when a pet is unwell. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
