I’ve been a customer of theirs for years, never let...

I’ve been a customer of theirs for years, never let me down. Quick on line claim forms and you can easily speak to a human on the telephone for advice. They pay out very quickly which helps especially if you pay vet bills by credit card, as you get pay out before interest is added. Yes there is a deduction but that is explained clearly and it’s not that much. The premium is very competitive to many company’s especially some of the ones that wriggle out of paying up. Good company to deal with

They answer calls quickly. Needed to inform them of my pet's health conditions and make a claim. Call handler was friiendly, knowledgeable answered my questions and good value for money. Have recommended them to friends. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

I'm indebted for their help with my dog's vet bills

I found The Insurance Emporium had a good choice of policies for my dog insurance, all clearly explained and reasonably priced. I was pleased with my choice, and hoped I had chosen the necessary cover. My dog was diagnosed with cancer, and needed two operations, which was a shock. Vet bills are ridiculously expensive these days, and this was such a worry. The Insurance Emporium were fantastic. Making a claim and dealing with them was so straight forward. Their customer service team were helpful and friendly. My dog was covered for the treatment she needed, and my claim was settled quickly and without fuss. I was so relieved and grateful for their help, and am so glad I had made the right choice to have my dog insured with The Insurance Emporium. My dog is happy too, and recovering very well, bless her.
