First timer here!!

After comparing many many quotes on many different sites(which although simple is draining!)I indeed went back to the top rated comparison site recommended by the money saving expert (Martin is god!) and went with the midrange price life cover for our new puppy provided by “the insurance emporium” taking out the policy was super easy and done in a few clicks! I couldn’t have asked for more! They offer a fantastic service at a level that was just right for me,I hope I never have to use them for a claim but I am assured that if anything were to happen to my new furry baby I would be covered for everything(within reason obviously!)they were also the TOP CHEAPEST quote overall and their excess was also the lowest but at the best price! Honestly they must be gaining such a strong community of customers because they truly are fantastic value for money! I’m all set now to enjoy our new puppy with peace of mind!! The ONLY THING THAT WOULD OF MADE THIS BETTER WOULD OF BEEN A REWARD OF SOME SORT LIKE MANY OTHER “BIG NAMES” Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Super insurer

Due to the very wet winter our pony ended up with an awful abscess, it was very stressful tacking it and all the unexpected problems that came with it but thankfully The Insurance Emporium were amazing with dealing with my claim it was processed so quickly. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Wonderfully supportive service

Settled all claims on my dog's physiotherapy and medicines very quickly and were very supportive. Despite having to make monthly claims they did not put my premium up in my dog's final year and dropped my a lovely email after he passed. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Excellent products & customer service & affordable!

I have used The Insurance Emporium for both equine and horsebox / trailer insurance, and I have always found them to be such a straight forward, no hassle organisation to deal with, offering affordable premiums in a difficult climate. The customer service is excellent -very personable so if you call with a query you never feel like you are being interrogated or that they are questioning your honesty - they are always very straight up and helpful.
