First class service - caring, empathetic and friendly

We have insured our Cavapoo Peggy since she was a puppy and The Pet Emporium have always given an excellent service. The staff are always friendly and very helpful when you have a problem or enquiry see your pet which is really comforting at difficult times. Makes all the difference to have an empathetic and caring response when we are worried about our fur babies. So I can highly recommend the Pet Emporium. Three pet greyhounds!

I have three pet greyhounds so insurance is important. I don't often make claims but when I've needed to, the claim form is easy to fill in, I hand it to my vet for them to add the medical information and payment is usually swift and quibble free. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
