Excellent customer service and claim reimbursement

Insurance Emporium have been excellent throughout claims for my 2 Pedigree Bengal Cats, Kaiser & Chui. We now only have Chui who has had many medical issues and is 19 years old! Thank you for your top service, easy of communication, advice and speedy return of claims. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Outstanding in every way

A phonecall which was quickly answered without having to hold on for ages was the first pleasant surprise. Talking to a real person was the second. That this person was friendly, efficient and well informed added to the growing sense of confidence. The quote offered was not only extremely reasonable, but offered all the benefits and reassurance we wanted. From beginning to end our dealings with this company have been a pleasure.
