When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great lifetime policies, don’t go anywhere else!

Have been with the Insurance Emporium now for many years. Would never want to go anywhere else. Their customer service is excellent, the cover on our pet insurance is, I’m sure, second to none. I can honestly say that there is nothing to dislike about their pet insurance policies. Their claims process is very efficient and claims are settled promptly. I have had several claims now and have had a pleasant experience each time. The process is simple, they are easy to deal with and everything gets completed in a timely manner.
