Easy to use and great support

The app is really easy to use, the online platform is also very intuitive and for the few occasions I have had technical questions the team have come back to me and answered very quickly. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Customer service

Tide bank has an excellent customer service and a very good dynamic on dealing with the customer.the only think thei need to improve is to allowed customer to make an international transfer and payments. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Great Business bank

Great interfaces, easy to use, responsive

Tide is very easy to use. Logging of receipts/ invoices, categorising costs / income and the ability to export data in a useable format is fantastic. Overall great bank for a new small business.

I’ve loved using Tide since opening my business a year ago. It’s super easy to use and the customer service is always really helpful and polite. My only one critique is that you aren’t able to do international payments which for me is quite important. I would like to be able to have some sort of overdraft system in place too. Easy business banking

Had an opportunity to take on a business last year and high street banks weren't interested. Heard about Tide and as I'd been suggested Dojo for my card payments then discovered the 2 were in conjunction, was a no brainer to open an account. Easy to open and easy to use the app to pay for things, transfer money and links with my Xero accounting system too. Customer service is amazing for the odd question I have. Only snag is that I take cash which I can't pay in or get change from my Tide account, so had to open another business account. But on the whole, love it Reviewed on: 15th February 2023
