Very easy to use banking facility

Tide Business Account

Have had nothing but great experiences using Tides Business account. It is so easy to use and they're assistance is efficient and descriptive. Would recommend to anyone looking especially if you are a new business owner. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Simple and user friendly

I love how easy to use Tide is. The app is simple and user friendly and it's great to be supporting an independent that is way more ethical than the big name banks. I wish they did personal current accounts. My only issue was that when my account was compromised, a payment was able to go out that I didn't authorise and I wasn't able to claim that money back or speak to anyone that could help me. This was an isolated incident 3 years ago though, so this may have improved since then. I certainly don't have any day to day issues. Love Tide Reviewed on: 7th April 2023

Customer Support is Excellent

In a time when customer support is an unhelpful bot repeated FAQ's, Tide really stands out. They didn't have a lot of features when I first signed up, but they are continuously improving their product and it always seems to be in the right direction. One thing I hope they never lose is their customer support. Any time I have any sort of issue, question, or misunderstanding, their live chat puts me straight through to a human who get everything straightened out for me before I have time to get frustrated.
