I have opened account with trading 212 i find that it could be much better like explaining how the accounts work and what you would lose if it comes to it also the cash back isa card should be free to have NOT chargeable for the postage and the card its self for customers also the 15% should be all the time and not just for the 1st 90 days or so then 5% after it should be 15% all the time and more sectors that it can be used with like services ect ect Reviewed on: 19th January 2026

We do provide guidance in our Help Centre, and if you have questions, you can reach us 24/7 via the in-app chat or [email protected]. Regarding the 212 Card, the one-off fee for a physical card covers the manufacturing costs, while you can create and use a virtual card for free. As for cashback, campaigns can be time-limited and come with specific terms, but we hear you on wanting a higher rate for longer and more eligible sectors. Response date: 20th January 2026
