A great entry point for folks who are new to online ISAs. The trading 212 cash isa offers a top level rate, easy access and an intuitive app that makes it simple to manage your money. Customer support is good, with issues resolved quickly and regular updates provided. Much better to use than some existing Main Street ISA products. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2025

For an online investor 'novice', I found the Trading 212 app very clear and easy to use. The rates are very competitive and most importantly, the flexible conditions making the overall product excellent and gives confidence to user. The customer service also responds very quickly, in a friendly and professional manner. The data and information provided is also easy and excellent to use giving a very clear picture. On a side note, we understand your disappointment with the interest rate changes, but they depend on the rates we receive from banks and QMMFs holding your cash. These, in turn, follow central bank rates like the Bank of England's. If those change, your cash interest will likely change, too. Response date: 16th April 2025
