For twenty years I have had the satisfaction of knowing that my money is being used to support organic food production.

Dealing with the bank by telephone has always been a pleasant experience. I have in the past enjoyed attending AGM's when staged in the London area. Full marks for customer relations! Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

An ethical bank

I understand Triodos Bank to be the only 100% ethical bank around. When I invest with them, I know my money is not going to support arms sales or environmental damage. I have been saving with Triodos Bank in a Quaker Social Housing account for many years. The charity receives half of the interest and I get the other half which is added back to the account. So much better than the alternatives

Having used RBS for many years, it was such a relief to have a bank that allowed us to operate online, so that we can make electronic payments and move into the modern era. Also allowed us to open linked accounts that mean we can move any spare funds into a higher interest account until we need it. Again all done online. Logging in is a bit fiddly with the digipass, but seems secure. I have already recommended Triodos to others and hope to open an account for another charity that I volunteer with.
