The great thing about this bank (apart from being an Ethical bank) is that there is always someone available at the end of a phone line who can help you quickly - this is what is lacking in other banks Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Customer Service is outstanding.

I can always access support and/or advice from Triodos bank. When I have a query or just seek advice, I can always speak to a human being! Everyone has always treated me with dignity and respect and the service is absolutely outstanding. The responses I ahve recevied have always been timely, and respectful. I have had a Charity Saver account with Triodos Bank...

I have had a Charity Saver account with Triodos Bank for several years now. Not only do I know my money is doing positive things while I'm not using it, but I also chose to donate nearly all my interest to the Fairtrade Foundation, an organisation close to my heart. I don't get frequent statements sent to me, but I appreciate that not printing things is a good thing, and I could find out my balance online if I wanted to. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
