A very welcome change

I switched to Triodos from Smile primarily because of the decline in ethical standards and the sell out to the US orivate equity ownership. I am delighted that the the transfer was so quick and efficient. I value highly the transparency of Triodos investment strategy and the reporting back to custoners. This should be the future of banking after all the scandals elsewhere in the "industry". Reviewed on: 14th February 2021

The only bank to go with

Striving for more an more convenience, "free" services and instant results will eventually kill us all in my belief. So I am more than happy to pay a reasonable monthly charge for my personal account. Not being able to deposit cash may be an inconvenience to some, but again happy to work around that. So fare customer service on the phone has been faultless. But above ll else, this bank's raison d'être is sustainability, social justice and equality. More of that and there may yet be a liveable planet for future generations. Reviewed on: 14th February 2021
