Sleeping well at night

Finally, a bank that uses my money responsibly, rather than investing in arms, tobacco, fossil fuels, etc. Triodos are setting the new standard in banking - one that should become the norm. Since setting up my account there has always been a person at the end of the phone-and always polite helpful and solution based. When buying a house there were loads of difficulties with the mortgage company, solicitors and dates but Triodos solves every problem and took away all the stress.Their system of digi-passes makes online banking really safe and I have every confidence in them Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
