A bank for our times and always.

I have the life time experience of several banks. Some have been functional, others have used the management speak to give the impression that they have "values" beyond making vast profits. Triodos Bank is truthful, honest and transparent in all of its workings. In this it has created a unique banking service to the individuals who bank with it and the communities which it serves. Best of the bunch

I chose to open my Triodos account after years of declining service from other big UK names. I wanted a bank with a strong ethical philosophy who could still provide the service and support I required. After much thought I decided Triodos best suited my needs. At that time they weren't offering a current account but their information reassured me that this would soon be available so I completed the application form and was accepted as a customer. Since then I have had no difficulties - I receive regular information about the bank's policies, ethical projects and any proposed changes, and their online banking system has been easy to use. I can access all the information I need about my accounts and on the few occasions I have needed support the phone support system has quickly resolved any issues. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019
