A great provider with a smart ethos

In this time of uncertainty and the climate crisis it’s increasingly important to know what impact your money is having in the world. Triodos is an important first step in enabling consumers to have more control over their individual impact. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Ethical bank that follows through on its principles and gives excellent customer service.

Triodos supports the causes I think important such as mitigating climate change, Fairtrade and supporting other ethical businesses. Triodos is transparent in dealing with customers and invites all account holders to AGM's and other events where there is the opportunity to talk to people in all senior roles and engage in discussion with them and other account holders. Moral & caring

Triodos is the best available bank for anyone morally concerned about the use of their money. Their honest, open details about where their money is invested, alongside their magazine, and their excellent customer service makes them by far the best bank I have ever banked with! Ethical, Caring and aware of the Climate Emergency

I have recently moved my bank account from HSBC (first direct) to Triodos and have found them helpful, clear and straightforward to deal with. Their mobile banking app is easy to use and looks beautiful and the way they show the account movements is very clear. The important thing is that I now feel i am investing in clean, green, innovative businesses and not dirty, fossil fuel organisations. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Finally a bank that aligns with my personal values

I joined Triodos a few months ago after reviewing the investment strategy for my previous bank and other main high street banks and feeling my money wasn't working to solve things i feel are important. Triodos met those needs: supporting sustainable banking practice while managing my money. Excellent security features, response to enquiries and a great Current Account Switching Service mean I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to invest in line with sustainable/ ethical principles.
