I love Triodos bank. I feel safe that my money won't be invested in petrol companies and will fund local projects instead. Their customer service is efficient and very kind, it makes you feel part of a community rather than a customer. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Banking and Using your Money Ethically

Triodos is the only bank where you can be certain any profits which Triodos make will be reinvested in sustainable businesses, charities and products. Their financing model is unique and the bank does not have shareholders, so they are not subject to demands from outside forces such as the stock market, which means that their mission to use money only for a sustainable society is safeguarded. It also means that they are insulated from outside problems such as the financial crash. A unique and very green bank. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

Ethical and personal!

its great knowing that my money and savings are contributing towards a better planet via Triodos’ ethical approach to banking. The products are also excellent value, with prices and interest rates better than the big high street banks in many cases, and the customer service is personal, efficient and friendly. The principal reason for my satisfaction with Triodos is their support for local businesses and organisations which operate in an ethical, sustainable and environmentally friendly manner. Excellent in every way

There is nothing dirty or dodgy about Triodos Bank. I know that I am entrusting my money to a company which has the highest ethical standards. In addition, the Triodos customer support team are extremely competent and helpful - it's wonderful to speak to an actual person at the end of the phone without being put on hold for ages! I honestly have nothing negative to say about my banking experience with Triodos Bank. The Bank is a pioneer of sustainable banking, and the small monthly fee which I pay for my current account (£3) is very insignificant compared with the complete peace of mind and conscience which Triodos Bank gives me. The only real ethical choice in the UK

I know exactly what Triodos does with my money because they regularly send me updates and a clear breakdown of how they invest and in what. Triodos' investments are green, community-based and designed to grow the small business sector. At this point I don't think we can afford to invest in any other way. Do you?
