Ethical banking made easy

Personal current account easy to set up and apply for overdraft. Regular communication about projects the bank is involved with including organic farming, community non-profits and clean energy. I opened a Triodos account because I wanted to bank more ethically and know where my money is invested. I really value the 100% transparency Triodos provides into who they are invested in. We swapped our accounts from Santander and Barclays after their questionable environmental record of investing in climate unfriendly industries. I couldn’t be happier with Triodos, excellent customer service, friendly over the phone, easy to use app and online banking. Effortless swap over of our other accounts. Triodos have such an amazing ethic of investing in socially and environmentally responsible projects and telling me about each one so I can see where my money goes, I can't recommend it highly enough. It's also very secure, and customer service is responsive and helpful. There's an app and online banking which is all I really need. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

I wanted an ethical bank and all the independent online reviews I could find put Tridos first. I am proud that no money made from me goes into lending to unethical causes. but, on the contrary to good and charitable causes. The online website and app are both clear to use and have excellent security. The helpline advisor I got through to was polite, helpful and patient. No hidden charges - I know exactly what I am paying each month. I am delighted to be banking with Tridos. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

I was amazed to find that there could be a bank that had any thoughts of sustainability or environmentally friendly and Triodos has been doing it for 40+ years. Well done. I have done my research on the company and find that there are ways to change the world one star at a time. Well Done to all who work and maintain that ethos at Triodos Bank UK. I have also had a very pleasant experience in opening up my account with them. Very straight forward, customer focused with the key focus on the environment and all who live in it. Amazing.
