No more apprehension

Whenever I have contacted Customer Service they have always been polite and very helpful. TRIODOS bank has a policy of being truthful and transparent and so they charge a fee instead of hiding the cost of a personal account and pretending that private accounts are free. Excellent service, happy staff AND ethical

We wanted to choose an ethical bank when we opened our joint account. It's been a great choice for us and we haven't looked back. Triodos: superb, professional, ethical service.

Triodos offers a superb and ethical service, in all aspects and areas. I find this bank supportive, offering professional and reliable service, with a clear online presence and site, and inspiring and open in its communications. The most important thing for me is the way it invests: always ethically, always with a view to a healthy and equitable future for everyone and life on the planet. There is almost nothing more critical, especially at this time, and no other bank is as determined and dedicated on this front. I especially appreciate receiving Triodos's newsletters with inspiring updates about how its customers' money is being used, as this gives a sense of fulfilment and satisfaction.
