The current account and mobile app work really well...

The current account and mobile app work really well and have all the functionality I need (debit card, PIN look-up, Face-ID security, intelligent insights, customisable alerts, etc). And it's great to know that my funds are being invested in sustainable businesses. I switched from my previous bank (Santander) when I discovered they invested heavily in fossil fuel businesses. Triodos is the first bank that has ever made me feel good about my financial decisions. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

An overseas perspective,

I live in Germany but having a UK bank account is still vital for me. Whenever I call Triodos they are on the ball, helping me with my questions, be they mundane or challenging. Polite and efficient. Most helpful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Does what it says

Excellent Customer Service

Triodos staff always answer phone calls swiftly-patiently sort out the problem whether trivial or weighty. Their safety checks are informative helpful and effective. They ensure thta large sums of money are transferred quickly when requested. Cash is used for what matters- Protecting our world. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
