Great customer service, excellent app.

Great customer service, always ready to listen to suggestions; it's so good to talk to real humans. Excellent App, and now that ApplePay is also part of the options I can't fault Triodos on any level. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Triodos is the only truly ethical bank in the UK

Triodos is the only truly ethical bank in the UK and nothing compares to it in terms of its social/ethical commitments. Its customer service is very good and the online banking easy to use. Use money sustainably, are contactable, and helpful.

My money is used for sustainability projects, and all the information about these projects are available line from the bank's website. Whenever I have needed to contact the bank directly, which is infrequently, they are quick to answer and very helpful. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

The current account and mobile app work really well...

The current account and mobile app work really well and have all the functionality I need (debit card, PIN look-up, Face-ID security, intelligent insights, customisable alerts, etc). And it's great to know that my funds are being invested in sustainable businesses. I switched from my previous bank (Santander) when I discovered they invested heavily in fossil fuel businesses. Triodos is the first bank that has ever made me feel good about my financial decisions. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
