New Customer Impressions

I'm a new customer of Triodos having opened a current account last year with them. I like their customer communications, their efficiency and their transparency. I also like the fact they're not supporting debt as they don't offer an overdraft or credit. All in all I'm impressed. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I love having a Triodos bank account

I think Triodos is an exceptional bank which is trying to reinvent the way that we bank to the wider benefit of society as a whole. They are very responsive.

They are very responsive. So easy to get in touch with. I have had no problems whatsoever since I opened my account in 3 years ago. It’s so good to know my money is in a bank which is ethical and is helping to make the world a better place. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

If only all banking was this thoughtful

I was delighted to find an ethical bank and so I signed up immediately. Not only do I feel happier about where my money is being looked after but from the very start the customer service has been outstanding. They get the balance just right.
