Feel good

It feels good to have an account with a bank that I know is ethical and that my money is being used to do good things. Reviewed on: 14th December 2019

A provider based on my values

It is very important to me that my money is used in accordance with my values. It is only Triodos that gives me the confidence of acting as a suitable custodian of my finances. Triodos are thoughtful and considered in their business model and I feel confident that they are genuinely trying to make a positive difference through a more ethical form of financing. After 4 years I only wish I'd switched earlier

I've been banking with Triodos for the past four years and am so glad I switched to them. Their customer service is second-to-none, always prompt, professional but friendly and helpful. I'd worried that having to do all my banking via an app (or the web) would be a problem, but it honestly hasn't been. It's heartening to know one's (very modest) fees aren't being used to invest in arms or fossil fuels. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

New Customer Impressions

I'm a new customer of Triodos having opened a current account last year with them. I like their customer communications, their efficiency and their transparency. I also like the fact they're not supporting debt as they don't offer an overdraft or credit. All in all I'm impressed. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

I love having a Triodos bank account
