Great ethical bank

We chose Triodos bank because of its ethical credentials - knowing that the company looking after your money are also looking after nature and people around the world is amazing (rather than investing in the arms trade and and oil/gas industry like most other major banks) and well worth the very small monthly fee we have to pay for our account. Triodos have great customer service, and it's great to know our money is going towards investing in some amazing projects. Well done Triodos! Reviewed on: 23rd March 2026

Triodos makes life easy for their elders.

They are there on the phone when I need them and always extremely helpful to an old lady like myself (age = 87) without talking down to me or just assuming that because I am old and technically fairly inept I must be an idiot. I find their website easy to use. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026

It's not free, but it's worth it

Everything about Triodos is great, the focus on keep the waste to a minimum, their simple and usable app, the data provided for you to download and analyse and their lead as ethical bank makes it all feelling good. Reviewed on: 22nd March 2026
