ethics & exemplary customer care

when i first opened my current account with triodos, i was excited to be able to choose a bank with strong ethics. i have to admit that i was a bit trepidatious, though, about doing everything through an app/the internet (still am, for various reasons); but everything has been seamless - from switching to triodos to sorting out any problems that arise. i've always had a quick response & resolution from customer care. truly, i have never been more content with a bank (& i'm not a massive fan of financial institutions). Ease of use

Contact with a person when setting up was very helpful. App very easy to use. Limited uses of contact less before requiring PIN very wise move. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I bank with Triodos because of their ethics.

I bank with Triodos because of their ethics. My only gripe with them is lack of cash handling, in all other respects they are admirable. Queries dealt with quickly and efficiently by phone. Information on the web site as to where money is invested. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
