Ethical and customer-focused banking

Ethical and sustainable banking with easy to use and navigate account features and switching between different Triodos accounts. The banking app has a new design but the same user-friendly interface. Customer support are excellent. I'd highly recommend for nayone wishing to divest from unethical major banks. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Transparent, clear and excellent customer service.

I have held a current account with Triodos for several years and have always found their communication very good. Recent dealings with the customer service team have been very positive - it is easy to contact them via telephone and speak to a human! Staff always friendly, informative and make the customer feel listened to. I find the app easy to use with good user interface. Great service, and local impact through investments

Customer service is very good and competent, any problems I had were resolved in one phone call. New features can take a while to arrive sometimes but are never half baked which I appreciate. The investments map means I can see that I have a direct impact on businesses near me that I care about. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
