I’ve banked with Triodos for about 4 years after researching ethical banking options., Online banking is easy, the App does everything I need it to do - but best of all, there’s an ‘Impact’ tab where I can see all the us causes my money is supporting. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025

Great service and an ethical outlook

The App works seamlessly and in the rare times I’ve called customer support, any issue I’ve had has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. I particularly like Triodos’s ethical stance and knowing that my money is being invested in sustainable projects on a local level unlike the better known banks that invest in fossil fuels and in some cases, arms companies. I love triodos as the bank of the new economy.

I love triodos as the bank of the new economy. One that is just and inclusive, and operates within ecological boundaries. they pioneered and are demonstrating daily what good, sustainable / ethical banking looks and feels like. it feels amazing to feel safe with my money and to know it a/ won’t be investing in harmful industries and b/ actually used to benefit people, nature and climate. I have dealt with outstanding customer service, a team that cares and is helpful.
