Chosen for its ethical stance

The current account is easy to manage online and on the mobile app. I chose Triodos primarily for its ethical stance, but this does not come at the expense of its ease of use. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

I am happy to have Triodos as my bank

They work to update their app, I can see where my money is being used eg Triodos investment projects, I have called customer service before and they are always friendly and helpful. Everything about them is great. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

A Bank that I feel a part of

Whenever I have an anxiety about my account I can phone up and get a real person to speak to and to give advice. I know that my money is in safe hands and that Triodos Bank takes security seriously, and I feel confident that they make ethical decisions over where they use the money. Very happy with my accounts with Triodos.

I have a savings account as well as current account and am very happy with them and with customer service which I don't often need. I think my only complaint is with the digpass which I use to log in to my online account has a readout that is really not very clear - the other bank I use has a slightly larger version, with a very much clearer readout. I trust Triodos bank with my money because I know they wouldn't do things that I wouldn't do with it. I find the online service easy to use and if I need to talk to someone, I can always speak to a real person on the phone.
