Came for the ethics, stayed for the service

Amazing call centre

When I had an issue their call centre was excellent, I've dealt with Courts before and Triodos were the next best thing. Their advisor was helpful, available for callbacks and passed on accurate notes to their colleagues. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Happy to have switched

I've been with Triodos for the past four years and all my experiences with the bank have been positive and confirmed my decision to switch to them for my main current account. I have no need - or the money - to hold any other accounts with them.
