BEST BANK! I've been with Triodos now for the last ten years, and I couldn't be more complimentary. It is so important to me that my money is 'doing good', and I feel completely confident that it is in the hands of Triodos. I love reading about whatever brilliant projects they are funding - from organic farming to sustainable housing - and the interdisciplinary approach to 'sustainability' that Triodos takes. (Also love the new app! Such a fab upgrade). Everyone should be asking more of what their money is being used for, and I'm so grateful that Triodos is an answer to this question! Brilliant in every way.

The app and online banking are easy to use and function well. Triodos keep us informed about changes, anything that might affect our account and about how the bank operates and uses money to benefit people and the planet. Information is given in an easy to understand way. The low monthly fee for the account is great value. Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

Excellent resolution of an issue and genuinely ethical.

Efficient and friendly staff

Whenever I have to ring up with a query, I am grateful for the courtesy and helpfulness of the 'real person' I speak to. Any problems are likely to be caused by my own lack of understanding of technology, but I am never made ti feel stupid.
