A joy to bank with

Any interaction I've had with them has been a joy - you don't have to go through a call centre hellscape with 19 different departments, you just pick up the phone and get through to a person! It's amazing! They are friendly, efficient and warm, and they big banks could learn a lot from them in terms of customer service but also ethics. I'm very happy with Triodos. Calm communication with ease
