Excellent banking experience

Contacting Customer service has always been straightforward and the staff have been helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of banks seem to have poor reputations nowadays but I’ve never heard of anyone complain about Triodos and it’s seems to serve its customers well so deserves recognition Reviewed on: 21st April 2026

I am very satisfied with my triodos bank current account. Its got a good app, the debit card is effective, and I have had a good experience whenever I have had the need to contact customer support directly.
