The perfect bank

The customer service is excellent, there are never long wait times to speak to them. Problems solved easily. And such nice staff. Knowing my money is going towards ventures that are helping and not harming is the main reason I joined. Their information about fraud is always so clear and thoughtful. Easy to switch, supportive staff

Its user friendly app makes managing money easy and its ethos around sustainability means I can have peace of mind about how my money is being used to help build a better planet. Where can you do "good" banking these days?

Where can you do "good" banking these days? People used to tell me to stick with banks that profit on the exploitation of arms sales, fossil fuels and animal explotation, on the basis that you could ring them up at any time and be met with a cheerful and handy person on the other end - jokes on them, because Triodos provide top quality service, for my many different queries and complications, a fantastic banking app, and of course... they focus on the ethics of money, instead of hiding dirty deeds behind good interest rates and cute TV adverts.
