Ethical banking, fabulous service.

It is reassuring to know that I am using a bank that isn't making the world's problems worse. It is an added bonus that the service I get from Triodos is fantastic! The products are easy to understand, the online banking simple to use and whenever you want to speak to someone about anything more complication - that's straightforward too. A wonderful , refreshing change.

A wonderful , refreshing change to experience banking in a way that feels as though it's being done for everyone's benefit - not just the shareholders. It's important for me to know that my money is being used to invest in good, rather than for ill, which Triodos is very transparent about. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Transparency over corruption

Being with a bank that is transparent, unaffiliated to the "old system" where so much corruption and deceit lives and thrives, is the only option for me in a world that forces me, without my consent, to being tied to banks and phones in order to stay alive.
