Great account & app UX, top sustainability credentials

Love the transparency and easy frictionless movement of funds between accounts. Clear view of my spending with great UX. The app is great, with functionality improving since I first opened the account. Whenever I've needed to contact support I've found it accessible, friendly, effective, and timely. Second to none customer service.

Last year, I was purchasing my house and had to make the deposit payment which was a large sum of money. I made a mistake by not moving the cash out of my savings account into the current account by the deadline. The Triodos customer services team were extremely helpful, guiding me through the process to make the payment, following the verification steps, especially considering I was abroad at the time. It was very satisfying to know that they were there to support me at such a critical moment in my life. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Excellent app and customer service

Excellent app with really smooth functionality. On the rare occasion I needed help the customer service over telephone was brilliant. Obviously all the genuine good they are doing compared to the big banks is the most important thing. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026
