Feel good

Excellent app and customer service

Excellent app with really smooth functionality. On the rare occasion I needed help the customer service over telephone was brilliant. Obviously all the genuine good they are doing compared to the big banks is the most important thing. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

A bank with the same values as me

I'm not a high earner, but the money I do earn, I want in a bank that values the same things as I do - ethics, fairness and equality. I have a current account, savings account and business accoutn with Triodos and I'd never bank anywhere else! Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

If you care at all about how businesses use your money when you buy services, then banking is a tricky sector to navigate. Triodos are about as ethical as they come and their current account and savings accounts are just as good as any other big bank, but whilst supporting only ethical and sustainable projects with your money. Can't fault it!

Can't fault it! Great to know that your money is being used for good. The only thing is that my card was temporarily blocked on a Saturday due to 'suspicious activity' (good that they are diligent) but the office to get my card unblocked was closed over the weekend so I had to fend for myself on Saturday and Sunday. Triodos, All Round Excellence!
