A refreshing take on banking

Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. Refreshing in these times where unsustainable growth is often marketed as the only way to go- I like how Triodos is prepared to challenge this narrative. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Triodos is efficient, friendly and ethical.

Triodos is efficient, friendly and helpful. But the biggest differentiator is the feeling of relief I feel as a customer of an ethical bank. I've previously banked with Barclays, HSBC and Santander, all of which were heavy investors in expanding use of fossil fuels, which made me feel awful. Reviewed on: 6th March 2025

Banking with an ethical bank makes a real difference

I have held a Triodos current account for many years now. The account runs smoothly and is very well supported. But my real reason for loving Triodos is that I know my money is only being used for good, green purposes - banking with an ethical bank makes a real difference to the world and means I can do my little bit to help. Ethical banking in an unethical world

I was looking for an ethical bank in an unethical world. I found it in Triodos. I’ve only ever had to seek support twice (both due to errors on my part).
