Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. First class experience

We switched to Triodos exactly four years ago and have never had cause to regret it. Ethical banking is essential with the state of the world as it is, and Triodos is in the very top rank for its ethics and - it turns out - all other aspects of banking too. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

Switching to Triodos

I switched to Triodos from HSBC 3 years ago and I haven't looked back. Their customer service is much better and their interest rate is as good, all the while knowing my money is being invested in sustainable projects. Would (and have) recommend! Reviewed on: 19th March 2025

The best customer service experience I have ever had...

The best customer service experience i have ever had with any bank and sustainable banking too! I love that they are transparent and publish details of every organisation they lend to. It gives me a sense of pride to know the impact my money is having on local and nation wide businesses and charities. Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

Positivity, A New Way Forward for a Lighter Planet

I like the fact that Triodos is a Sustainable Bank, does not support wars and give money to dodgy regimes; only lends to sustainable projects which nurture people and the planet.The only drawback is in having to change a compromised debit card - for about 4-7 days one cannot withdraw any money as this is an online Bank! I've never recommended a bank before

I am so glad I moved to Triodos and value the ethical investment that is at the heart of the organisation. Service is smooth too - I got a quick, helpful response the one time I have needed to ask a question. App is clear and easy to use and the transfer was easy. I've never recommended a bank before, but have told friends, family and colleagues and recommended they make the switch as so many of us are banking with organisations that do not uphold our basic values and invest in industries that harm our people and planet. Money for good

I really love knowing that my money is being used to support positive change in the world and to take action on the climate crisis.
