Efficient app, great customer service, and ethical!

Efficient app, on the rare occasion I have needed to speak to somebody I got through quickly to a UK call centre who understood eevrything and quickly answered my query. Not forgetting that Triodos is also one of the most ethical banks available. Reviewed on: 1st February 2026

Triodos is the best bank I've ever been with.

Triodos is the best bank I've ever been with. They care about people and the environment. The customer service is excellent and the app is to use and efficient. The small monthly fee is reasonable: I pay £36 a year to ensure that my money doesn't fund genocides, Apartheid-like regimes, fracking and other destructive methods of extraction, weapons, oils and wars. Thank you Triodos for being a much-needed, friendly and outstanding ethical bank, in the UK and anywhere else. Reviewed on: 1st February 2026

Excellent ethics

Excellent ethics which is becoming increasingly more important in the current world. Most people seem to have short memories and quite often you can meet others who are completely ignorant to what happened in 2008, which in my opinion is the root of a lot of today's issues.
