Triodos bank is an ethical Bank, which means your money is being used to support positive, planet enhancing, non polluting investments.Not only that but the service is excellent, and you are able to speak with a real person whenever help is needed. I would recommend then to anyone who cares about the planet, and believes in a sustainable future. The staff are real people, which sounds an unnecessary thing to say, but they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They will stay on the line until they have sorted out any issue. Ethical, secure, wasy to use and top of their game!!

From trusting them to operate to the highest ethical standards and only investing in sustainable companies to having an easy to use App, with excellent customer support when you do need to speak to a person, to feeling safe from their securiity processes and assurances. good caring service.
