Customer orientated

I have found Triodos easy to contact by telephone, which is a major bonus over my experience with other banks. The App is very user friendly. Savings rates are better than the big banks. "No hassle" is the overall feeling I have when doing my regular banking. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Best Bank I've ever been with!

A very satisfied customer

I have been a customer for quite awhile now. I find their Current Account very easy to use. Their website is easy to navigate and I find it access all the information I need - especially my bank statements. I find their banking App very helpful. This is the main way I access and use my banking account. It is easy to check what items have come into and out of my account. I find it very helpful and easy to make payments with. I am confident in using my Current Account with Tridos is their security arragements. These are very strong. Tridos regularly contact me to give me advice on how to ensure that I bank safely.
