Ethical

Unlike almost every other bank. Somewhere I feel my money is doing good. Reviewed on: 15th January 2022

Very good service

I've had few problems but when they occur they're dealt with on the phone by actual people who know what they're doing and can explain why they're doing it. Security feels good, with more demands to use my PIN rather than contactless than I have with other cards. Phones are answered promptly and on the few occasions I've used the secure messaging service, I've received replies quickly. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2025

Extremely Pleasant Experience with Triodos
