Mobile banking is easy to use, reliable and secure, with high value or unusual transactions being notified immediately for checking - handy for a joint account. We switched our current account from the Co-op bank when it lost its way and have found not only a bank whose ethical practices are more robust and in line with our views, but one which also treats its customers well and continually improves its offering. Generally very good but a bit clunky sometimes

Generally it's been very good. The app is a little clunky sometimes and I wish you could pay in cheques via the app (on the very rare occasion that I get one) and that Google pay was an option. Reviewed on: 4th March 2025
