A bank that actually cares about peoplr and planet

I switched to Triodos a few years ago because I was fed up with the inaction and greenwashing in the rest of the banking sector. I love the ethics and sustainable approach at Triodos, it feels good to know that my money is helping to drive positive change. I've had a smooth experience from start to finish. Their communications are timely, clear and helpful, their app and website are easy to use. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2024

Very good with potential to be excellent

Overall I am very happy with the service, would be good if the bank was more known to the main strim to make payments more easily. I do hope in the future online payments will be faster. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024

Top rating for ethics, & getting through to real people

Although I didn't give top rating for value for money (there is a monthly fee) I don't chose Triodos for that, I choose it for its ethics. And as well as its ethics, it's also accessible - I get through easily to a real person when I call the bank, and that is a real positive. Reviewed on: 1st February 2024
