Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Good service - great ethics

I have banked with Triodos for several years now and they provide a great service. Although they are not one of the main banks, their customer service is always quick and efficient. In these times when we can all feel so powerless witnessing the chaos around us, who wouldn't pay £3 a month to know that their money is out there doing good in the world? With all the features of any other major current account, recycled cards, fast and responsive customer services, this bank account is a secret you will want to tell everyone about. Nothing but praise

I have rarely needed to contact customer services but a recent payment being made to my account did not arrive. When contacting Triodos the call was answered quickly and I was put through to the correct team immediately. Easy everyday, sustainable banking

Easy everyday banking with the knowledge my money is doing good for the environment and the world. Small monthly fee for my current account but app is very easy to use, switchover has meant all my direct debits are fine, and even paying in cheques has been easier than I thought. They’ve just launched Apple pay too, so they do pretty much everything any other bank would, while being as sustainable as possible through the process. Cannot speak highly enough of Triodos

It's seamless, and now I have the app on my smartphone it's even more convenient. I like the fact that I know that by banking with Triodos I am not supporting the financing of fossil fuels or anything that harms people or planet. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2025
