Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. The Triodos banking app it the best!

I have to say I'm a big fan of Triodos. Apart from the exceptional ethos that Triodos leads the way with, the other thing to praise to the rafters is their banking app, which is the simplest, smoothest and most convenient banking app I've used or seen. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2025

As a small bank I understand some of the limitations but these are being remedied all the time as demand for service grows. Customer service is always polite, thoughtful and ‘human’.
