Top class service, top ESG credentials.

Moving my account to Triodos a few years ago was a smooth experience and I have never regretted it. The banking experience is first class, and it is easy to speak with someone if there is a need to do so. Triodos is also one of the most environmentally and socially conscious banks around. Humans over profit

When needed, I've been able to speak to a human being easily, without any long call queue. The query was resolved efficiently. I like the fact that this is a bank with values, unlike some of my previous experiences with other banks who penalised people struggling too manage their money with very high interest rates for overdrafts.
