Communication from Triodos about how my money is used is clear and makes me feel like I’m part of something fair and thoughtful. I love knowing that my money is supporting really progressive, holistic, ethical, compassionate and earth-friendly projects. This is how all banking should be. It's easy to get through to customer support and the bank statements are really helpful and informative, with exchange rate details for foreign payments. The Triodos Bank gives me hope. Banking with a clear conscience

I have been with Triodos with 1 year now. My key reason of changing current accounts was to switch to a truly ethical bank. Triodos is that. Money doing good

I love that our money is being used for good and not for harm. I love that Triodos invest in environmental projects, helping make the world better for our children. I love that I get sent things to read about what Triodos are doing and I don't have to hunt it out, it feels very transparent. All good so far

Since there were no options for an ethical bank with local branch I decided to transfer my current account to Triodos. I already had investments with Triodos and greatly admired their ethos. I have not had any problems with thew current account. Reviewed on: 30th January 2023

Trustworthy ethical banking

Triodos Bank's online banking portal is easy to use and well designed. When I have needed to contact the customer services team, they have always been very polite and friendly, resolving my problem quickly and with little work required on my part.
